Not showing in purchased products

Purchased extra threadfields. However it is not showing in the purchased products section for download?

Paypal sometimes tends to have issues with the callback system, whether it's the email raising a red flag or just something sensitive on their part. Typically we wait about 24 hours to make sure all is ok. As a result, your product has been credited to your account

You can now purchase it via the purchased products link on the top right corner of the page.

Thanks but after waiting patiently for nearly 24 hours, the download link does not work properly now! Its downloading an unknown file type that is 16.7kb in size named 'vb_products_download' when I click on the download link!!!

Just rename the file and add ".zip" to the end and you'll be good to go

Thanks it is working a treat now. However it is not plainly obvious that you need to rename the file in order to extract it. You should maybe just let users download it as a zip file in the first place or make it galringly obvious that you need to rename it xxx.zip before you can do anything with it.
