As you guys have noticed, i haven't even logged in the past few days. Unfortunately I had an urgent matter to take care of, a close relative of mine has a severe heart condition and I made it my business to take them over to the ER and accompany them during a series of tests.
Nonetheless, I am back and aware of my duties here on ProvB. I will be releasing everything i promised today!

I don't think that's quite the issue. As it appears, and I could be completely off base here, but Gio is running this alone. Judging from posts he's made, there are some personal issues and possibly some business related ones that are severely hindering his work here. As a result, he's not able to keep up. For the most part, people like me just come back on occasion to see if there are updates, actual updates, because there are some products here that aren't available elswhere. I have not been a customer of this product as of yet, and although I'd love to have the Q&A forums plugin, what has me worried now is that even if it is completed, I fear the support would be minimal if not non-existent.
Communications and follow through is key. It gives old customers an understanding of the circumstances and new ones confidence that the products purchased will be supported.
The biggest issue here is that expectations are not being managed, and for the most part, the products here are dead until there is a stronger effort to support that which is being sold. Perhaps that means Gio getting some help, I don't know.
Sorry for the long post. I just sincerely would have loved to have purchased the Q&A forums with confidence of support with direct communications when and if issues arise.
Gio, I sincerely hope that your current difficulties are resolved, not because "we're all waiting", but because tough times are tough and I know how it is.
