Bought something, still can't download it.

What additional steps are required besides following the steps on your website and paying you the money you want? 36 hours later, it still says that I haven't purchased anything. I used the "Contact Us" form to initiate communication about it 24 hours ago.

Product now credited. 1 out of every 15 or so purchases are sent back to us by paypal and not 100% automated due to one of Paypal's many ridiculous reasons for not giving us 100% approval. So we just let them investigate for a day or 2 or whatever it is they do and then release the product. However, you were suppose to have been contacted and told this.

My apologies that you were not, if there is anything i can do (free installation, consultation, etc) to make up for your lost time, i'll be more than happy.

Thanks much, and I appreciate the offer to help installing but I'll be fine.

To anybody else reading, the person who made payment did so via an email address that is not registered on modernvb.com, and they did it as a guest to Paypal, so it definitely wasn't a plain jane paypal transaction as Gio~Logist has guessed.
