Graphic layout in advanced forums

I have only one question before buying the advanced forums module. Is it possible to show last post for every topic below the "views and replies" line? Because now you cannot tell if a topic has any new replies or not, and when they have been posted.

You can edit the threadbit_graphic template to include any other data you'd like After purchasing the product, feel free to post a support ticket and I'll get you sorted - considering that's a rather simple edit to guide you through

And When I read the product page I can't read anything about the update, do i have to renew every year to get the update or it's one time fee ?
