      Unhappy Answered: Purchased but no download?

      I just purchased the newsletter product but I don't get the download immediately? How long do we wait for the order to be approved and will we be notified when it is?

      Hello John, you just need to click the tab 'Our Products' then on the left you should see a link called 'Purchased Products'. Your download should be in there.

      Bingo. If your file doesn't download as a zip, be sure to just manually add .zip at the end and you'll be good to go!
