3 columnized templates are built in, so that you can pick your liking. From there, you can also customize one, or make your own. There are quite a few other options and customizations including a welcome message that you can utilize. It pulls data live and allows you to save and store issues.

Automatic emails is one of the only features we've held off on (the only one with a demand that is), due to us not wanting to create more of an issue with server loads and such. An update will be posted when one is available in regards to this.
