I have one question that may be the deciding factor in my purchase of the Community Newsletter mod: Does it parse images (inserted with IMG tags) in polls?

Not sure what you're speaking in regards to, the poll images themselves? It uses the same exact function as vB for querying polls. So it should very well parse the same.
