Community Newsletter provB products required and ease of installation

I am really liking your Community Newsletter product but would like to know if I have to buy any other provB products in order to use it.

I have the latest vbulletin and use vbCmps. Do I need anything else to install and use the Community Newsletter product?

Also, is it easy to install and what type of issues might I expect on a heavy modded forum?

The install is 1-2-3 (product and file upload) and you don't need any other modifications installed, although you should check out our others
